2.1. We are proud to be an authorized importer and marketer of colored contact lenses and optical eye products, holding a valid registration with the Israeli Ministry of Health. 2.2. Our AMAR (Medical Devices) registration number is: 39010001. 2.3. Fancy Look is certified to the ISO 9001:2015 standard for quality management systems, covering the import, marketing, and distribution of contact lenses and related eye products (Certificate No. IBP2418282). 2.4. Copies of these esteemed approvals are readily available for your review on our website or upon your kind request.
3. Terms of Use
3.1. Our Website is intended for use by individuals aged 18 and over who possess a valid credit card. 3.2. We kindly ask that you refrain from using our Website for any unlawful or unethical purposes. 3.3. The Website management reserves the right to gracefully modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Website after such changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
4. Purchase Process
4.1. To make a purchase on our Website, we kindly ask you to complete an order form with all the necessary details. 4.2. Your order will be beautifully confirmed once we receive approval from your credit card provider. 4.3. The Website reserves the right to gracefully cancel an order if there was an error in the product details or pricing, or if we are unable to supply the product.
5. Prices and Payments
5.1. All prices displayed on our Website gracefully include VAT, as required by law. 5.2. The Website management reserves the right to update prices without prior notice. 5.3. We happily accept payments via PayPal, Bit, credit cards, and secure transactions processed through our Website's trusted payment system.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1. Our delivery times typically range from 1-5 business days, depending on your beautiful location. 6.2. Enjoy complimentary shipping to a pickup point for purchases over ₪249, and free home delivery for purchases over ₪399. 6.3. While we strive for perfection, the Website management cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control (such as strikes, extreme weather, security situations, epidemics, etc.). 6.4. Please note that Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and holidays are not considered business days.
7. Cancellations and Returns
7.1. We happily accept returns for unopened products in their original packaging within 14 business days of receipt. 7.2. Please understand that, for your health and safety and in accordance with Ministry of Health guidelines, opened contact lenses cannot be returned or exchanged. 7.3. A refund will be gracefully issued to your original payment method only after the product has been returned and carefully inspected. 7.4. Should a cancellation occur not due to a product defect, the company may apply a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or ₪100 – whichever amount is lower. 7.5. Please note that shipping fees paid are non-refundable, even in the event of a transaction cancellation. 7.6. If a transaction cancellation incurs a commission payment to the credit card company or clearing entity, this amount may be added to the cancellation fee. 7.7. You may cancel an order before it has been shipped by kindly contacting our customer service in writing. In such instances, a refund will be issued, deducting any legally permissible cancellation fees, as well as any actual clearing fees or charges incurred.
8. Warranty and Service
8.1. Proper Use of Contact Lenses: We kindly ask users to always follow the usage instructions provided with each product. Any use not in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines may potentially harm your eyes, and the Website management cannot be held responsible for such occurrences. 8.2. Consultation with an Eye Doctor: The Website management warmly recommends that every purchaser consult an eye doctor to confirm the suitability of the lenses before use. The beautiful experience of wearing our lenses is solely the user's responsibility. 8.3. Limitations of Liability: The Website management is not responsible for allergic reactions, discomfort, or any other damage resulting from the use of contact lenses. Should you experience any discomfort or irritation, please discontinue use immediately and consult an eye doctor. 8.4. Maintaining Hygiene: Users are kindly requested to maintain impeccable personal hygiene when handling contact lenses, including thoroughly washing hands before inserting the lenses. 8.5. Lens Expiration: It is the user's responsibility to check the expiration date of the lenses before use. Using lenses past their expiration date may potentially harm your eyes. 8.6. Product Warranty: Our warranty for the lenses is gracefully limited to manufacturing defects only. In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, please reach out to our customer service within 7 days of receiving your product. 8.7. Special Warnings: The Website management is not responsible for any damage caused by not reading the instructions provided with the product.
