Customer Club Terms

Joining the customer club is done by opening a customer account on the site. When opening a new account the customer is entitled to 5 opening points, intended for redemption on the next purchase.
On every order that was paid and completed on the site, points are earned worth 5% of the relevant purchase amount. Points are calculated including half-points where necessary and added to the account after the order is completed.
Every point equals 1 ILS to redeem on the site. Minimum redemption is 10 points (₪10) per order. Redemption of points is done at checkout only for a logged-in customer, and you can choose how many points to redeem per order. Points can be combined with a valid coupon code.
A customer who wrote a product review and whose approval was completed in the system will be entitled to 5 additional points. Points for reviews will only be given for approved reviews, not for drafts, rejected reviews or duplicate content.
The birthday benefit grants 20 points for use on the site. Eligibility is conditional on the birth date being entered in the account at least 30 days in advance. The birth date can only be entered once and cannot be changed independently afterwards. Birthday points are valid for one month from the date of award.
In the event of a transaction cancellation, refund, partial cancellation or credit, the company reserves the right to update, reduce or cancel points that were earned or redeemed for that order, in accordance with the actual circumstances of the transaction.
Points belong to the personal account and cannot be transferred between accounts. The company may prevent earning or redemption in cases of misuse, duplicate registration, activity not in good faith, or violation of the site's terms.
FANCY LOOK may update from time to time the club terms, earning method, redemption method, types of benefits and their validity, at its discretion. The updated version published on the site is the binding version.
